After receiving your payment I can usually ship items within 5 working days. As I make all items myself, the ordered item may not be in stock. In that case delivery may take longer. I will inform you when shipping takes longer than 5 working days.
After placing an order you will receive a confirmation via e-mail.Your jewelry will be shipped through PostNL. You will receive a tracking code after shipment.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can send it back to me within 14 days. Please let me know by sending an e-mail to nolda@noldavrielink.nl
I will refund the total amount within the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands I’ll refund your purchase minus shipping costs. I cannot refund your extra shipping costs for sending it back. I advise you to send it with a tracking code.
I can only refund unworn, undamaged jewelry in the original package. If an item is delivered broken I will refund your additional shipping costs and I’ll replace it for a new item.
